Ripoff / never spoke to anyone from either company but somehow they are debiting my account every month. Deceptive company

Feb. 19th 2003 noticed my account was charged $69.00 for a vacation deal. Then my account has since been charged anywhere from $19.95 to $58.00 every month til present time. Tried contacting both companys but all i got was a recording from both companys.
