Very disappointed customers!

To begin with I do want to state that exactly what we were informed, were a lot of lies. We purchased our timeshare in Gatlinburg, Tennessee in 2005 and we bought 10,000 points every additional year. We were informed our points might roll-over if we didn't utilize them, that was a rest since we've previously dropped more than 10,000 factors. There have been costs that people were charged for but were never informed about aswell. All of the lies about accessing all of the hotels and having the ability to make reservations anytime, were a lot of lies also. We're in the stage that people would like to get gone this timeshare as rapidly once we could.
