Based on the pitch I was sold, when I purchased my timeshare points with Bluegreen Properties, I would be able to make reservations wherever their properties were located.

It has all been a scam. The company has developed loop holes in every which way to prevent you from booking and using saved time (point system is used). Each year, I go through the same hardship in trying to book a reservation. I am constantly told there isn't any availability or I can't use the points I have at a particular location, which has left me with the balance of last years points and I have not been able to use this years points. Please note, these points will eventually be lost. However, they make sure I pay my yearly dues and maintanence fees on time, otherwise, I get charged interest. I have invested thousands of dollars and continue each year spending close to a $1,000.

Purchasing the timeshare has been a nightmare that I can not wake up from. For those of you even considering purchasing from Bluegreen Properties beware you will be suffering financial and emotional hardships.

The entire system is a scam where consumers are lured into investing into a fraudulent operation that has found a legal way to rob the American people. Most people who invest are excited about the opportunity and when one actually tries to make reservations they quote many stipulations that block your reservation.

I was told to call a year in advance from the date I would like to reserve in Hawaii and when I called at 8 am, on the day I was told to call, I was advised there weren't any available units.

There are several different situations, but they all lead up to the same conclusion, Bluegreen Properties is a fraudulent operation.

Do not purchase their timeshares because there will be hardships to endure.
