Misrepresented vacation home

We've vacationed in Hilton Head for more than 30 years and we've hired several holiday houses from Island Vacation. This season the house was completely misrepresented. We settled $6,300 for just one week and also the home was an entire catastrophe.

This Is A short-list of defective items we discovered incorrect using the home within the first several hours:

-AC doesn't cool the home in 98 level warmth

-Openings within the rug

-Spots about the rug

-Spots about the furniture

-back-door doesn't secure

-Form on outside furniture

-Terrace gates aren't functional

-bulbs lacking

-Surfaces not washed

We shall increase this checklist and include pictures once we determine more products.
