Resort Condos Plus
Scam - beware - scam - beware

A woman named Jackie Johnson called me and said she was from resort condos plus. She said that she had someone that might be interested in buying my timeshare if i was interested in selling it. Her sales pitch takes a couple days. She has to call the "family" to get their offer then call you back the next day. She called back the next day to tell me that they had an offer. I said that I would accept the offer. Then she says that she wants to make sure the "family" is pre approved before we move forward. She calls back the next day and says that they're approved. Now she says "oh, by the way... It's not actually legal for me to sell a time share or tell you that I did without it being on the market first. So you have to pay the $1350 registration fee before we can move forward." They are very careful at the end to make you believe that "it's not technically sold yet" because that would be against the law. They just use every other tactic in the book to make you believe that it will be sold the minute you pay them. They are liars. There is no "family" interested. When I told Jackie that I wanted to speak to the family, she had one of her coworkers call me. The call came from the same office. When I called it back later, it turned out the lady that called me worked there too. These people belong in jail. They are preying on and misleading people into thinking they could get quick money in a tough economy.instead they are taking money from them.
