I am writing this memo to help Wyndham owners and to devulge information taught to employees that handle owner concerns. As many of you know, Wyndham has a lot of class action lawsuits against them due to the many lies owners and members have been told. I understand this because I am a formal employee of the company and investigated misrepresentation against the sales sites.

The complaints I recieved from the owners were all the same so I know the owners were not lying when they told the tale of their sales experience. Wyndham trains their employees to lie and cover up lies. This company is a scam and will say anything and do anything to get your money. I can suggest if a sales rep tells you something to get it in writing with a signature and date for your records.

These contracts have a "rescission period" which allow you to cancel within a certain number of days. Each state is different so make sure to read the fine print. Make sure cancellation requests are in writing to the Las Vegas office (sent certified) within the cancellation time frame. I hope this helps someone as I have the inside scoop on the many lies Wyndham tells.
