Ok so i recently booked a trip to cancun but then found out about this whole swine flu and refuse to go i literally called the next day and they would not refund me my money. I lost just about 1,500 dollars. How could there be such a policy in which you are not entitled to a refund? My trip isnt till the 30th of june. I am still tryin everything i can i even contacted help me howard! I feel this is an unfair policy to people, it gives a message saying screw you basically. Im sure i am not the only one who has been wronged by hotwire. MAybe all os us can come together and file a class action suit. I am appauled at the way they handled the situation. What great customer service skills they have there over at hot wire...
