Ripped me off

Before departing Boston, I settled Donna Franca excursions for my remain in Florence. After I got to Florence they'd never compensated the neighborhood people. After I attempted to check on in I had been informed I'd need to contact Donna Franca. Then they billed me 40% more. (WouldN't have a charge card and created my fiance spend in money or cashiers check). We were truly caught. Thank God I speak German. I used plenty of time speaking long-distance and of course they destroyed about 4 times of my holiday. They're shady take a look at additional reviews. A dreadful organization to complete business with and that I wish you not have the knowledge.
