Ripoff! Unpaid commission. False advertising

I am the owner/manager of a travel agency on long island. I am a registered business in suffolk county. I booked a donna franca tour for clients, highly recommending this tour company. My clients traveled in March of this year. For the most part, they had a very nice time but did have some problems with transfers and unsatisfactory hotel accomodations which they themselves are attempting to address with little success. Part of their problem with donna franca tours concerns the fact that what they received was not what was advertised in their brochure

Beyond the problems my clients encountered, i was to be paid a 10% commission on a booking of well over $4,000.00. To date, i have not received this commission even though i have sent two requests to ms. Donna franca, directly... She has chosen to ignore me as well as the fact that she owes me this money.
