PrePaid Booking-Got charged twice!

I arranged resort rooms through priceline through name-your own-price. Had an offer accepted. Examined into hotel. Checked out and was billed from the resort again for that evenings which were said to be prepaid currently... Believed it had been an error, but I arranged another accommodation again and also the same thing occurred. I got off the telephone using the resorts plus they stated that Priceline often provides them the cash via a "cat" charge card, which in my own two separate situations didn't occur. Is not that some kind of fraud of taking? I am with debt today 500$. Am I alone? May I get reactions and so I could possibly get a-class action suit. That is not at all correct. We have to adhere together and never allow corporate america make the most of people since they're key.
