Not returning damage deposits seems to they way he does business

We rented a house from Mike and Wil in PalmSprings California on vrbo. It has been 3 months and they still refuse to refund us our money. They have promised us many times to refund the $1000 back to us.

While staying there we were served with legal papers because they did not pay there plumber.

I don't think they should be able to rent the house out to anyone else because this seems to be the way the boys do business.

I am going to see if I can get some money back through my visa card.
