I first ran across Mongol Global Tour Company when I was researching a trip to Asia. I spoke to Suzanne Masters about a trip to Thailand last August. Needless to say I spent so much valuable time discussing our needs during our trip and Ms. Masters told me that everyhting will be handled by her such as Hotel, Air etc. I can honelstly say that we were not taken care of at all. Mytrip ended up being a disaster. My hotel was not the hotel promised and after our return home we ended up with extra fees from the hotel that should have been exclusive. Ms. Masters does not have the skill to plan and make things happen. I highly do NOT recommend this tour company. Ms. Masters also had a very negative attitude towards me after spending thousands for a trip that ended in disaster. Consumers beware!
