Ripoff mistreated and ripped off

I paid them for 7 nights back in March. I was sent a receipt letter with no date, a check-in coupon book for 7 nights that I was told is good for any hotel. I later found out this was a lie, and a beautiful brochure of the hotel services including fitness ctr, beauty salon/massage parlor, large heated swimming pool, restaurant and lounge, American/Caribbean cuisine, live music, game room, child care, microwave, refridgerator, close to Disney, shuttle buses to the theme parks, and to and from the airport.

When I called this year to make reservations for my family, I was told that they are doing renovations and will put us in a hotel with the same services. When I got to the Econolodge all it had was a swimming pool in the back, it did not come close to the Kingstonian brochure and all the things they said would be offered. I called Michael, the manager of Kingstonian, to switch us to a better hotel but I was told that all the hotels were booked. After days of conflicts he told me I could go to the Ramada but it was further away from the theme parks and did not provide shuttle buses.

I was stuck because I could not afford to rent a car. I called Michael and he told me I need to figure it out myself and hung up on me. My family vacation was ruined, as we were thrown out of Econolodge because we demanded from them a refund and the Sheriff was called. Michael had told me he paid Econolodge for us to stay there, but later I found out that this was a lie. Also I met some other folks in New York that booked the Kingstonian, and last year when they tried to use there reservations they were told the same thing, that it was under renovations.

I believe when the hotel is fully booked they tell people they are under renovations and stick them in a dump. I had to pay more money for another hotel, my cell phone bill went up, and I had to pay for transportation. We dragged our luggages all over. My family was humiliated and it was the worst vacation we ever had.
