If you ever think of dealing with Diamond Resorts don't. It is the worst timehare company I have ever dealt with is almost 30 years. Tring to exchange for anything like you week is almost impossible. Using Points is only good if anything is available. (I am not counting central Florida. Everything they tell you is not true. They will change their rules and you have no recourse. Complain an all you get is pay or loose services. Customer service is a joke. If you are thinking about timeshare with this company find another, anything is better then Diamond Resorts. Will never get you value out of this company.
