Northwest Airlines horrible service - CUSTOMER SEVICE

I booked a flight in April 09 for a flight in August 09 and selected seats for myself, my husband and my 4 yr old son. We also have a 1 yr old that will be lapping it. I selected the seats all in a row and right next to each other. Now for some reason I go back on the site and my entire family has been separated. My 4 yr old is sitting by himself (UNACCEPTABLE) and the rest of us are also separated leaving one parent with the 1 yr old and one parent by himself. After receiving horrible customer service both by an agent and then her boss to fix the problem I decided to e-mail this to someone in hopes that there might be someone more helpful than their own customer service department. I contacted the number below and received horrible customer service from these agents. I spoke with someone first and she was horribly rude and loud, she stated there was nothing they could do to have my 4yr old son sit with me or my husband. I asked for her manager and let me tell you this woman had the manors of a pig. Horrible, horrible customer service and I can't believe these are people representing this company. I'm pretty sure the manager or supervisor is there to defuse the problem and she just created more. I went in there months ago and selected seat for our family to sit together and now we are separated, this is unacceptable. I can't believe this airline would want a 4 yr old to sit by himself. Also I waited on the line to take the survey and it said unavailable, I wonder if that happened on purpose so that I could not give a negative survey to those embarrassing employees. This has nothing to do with you no problems there, it's just with these two woman and the lack of help put forward to your customers. Please forward this on to a real manager that can handle thing professionally unlike the previous person.
