If you pay your bill, that's all they care about.

If you complain to them to fix something, the fix-it person will find something to complain about 'you' to the office. Engenders the don't ask, don't get bothered, mentality.

If the internet is broken, don't ask the office. They have no idea how it's even set up. Plus, the wires into their router do not have labels to which rooms they come from. If there is something majorly broken, don't expect them to give two flips about it. Their firewall is set so that a person in 212 can see a different computer in 128. That's a complete computer faux pas. If you want to ensure your data doesn't get ripped, make sure your computer's defenses are up and don't have anything 'publicly' shared.

Oh, here's the funny. When reporting to the corporate office through their internet 'contact us' form, submitting it gets a Microsoft error.
