False Advertising and Misleading Vacation Rental by Owne

We arrived in Key West, Florida, to find our room was barely 8x10, with 1/3 the room space occupied by a bathroom. The airconditioner cycled every 2 minutes @ 78 degrees and we could not sleep. The mattress was old, lumpy, and we "sank" to the middle. The sheets dirtied my neck pillow. The lighting was poor. There was hair in the shower. The room had an overpowering smell of Clorox and we could not open the window. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work and the TV remote did not work (the TV was placed rather high up on a cabinet). The "free" internet wireless did not work. The floor was filthy as our feet turned black. Outside, there was active drug trading on the street; several large "pimp" cars drove by; there was arguing and fighting on the street that kept us awake and afraid; and there was gang activity at 9:30 at night that, unbeknownst to us, we walked right through. The "free" bicycles were rusty and did not have a portable lock to protect them. The "beach" was not a few blocks away as advertised as one had to wind through the streets of the "hood" to the beach. Other people staying there had the same complaints as us.
