Bluegreen Traveler Plus
Cruise Nightmare

I joined Bluegreen almost one year ago. I had 30, ooo points that were going to use so I called the Travel Department (Traveler Plus) to check prices on a cruise. It was going to be my wife, two kids and myself. When I spoke to the agent the price she gave me seemed to good to be true. She said I could use all my points plus a CC for only $50.00 and that was it. When I asked her to give me the cost of the cruise she said it was $1500 for all four for a seven day cruise. Unbelievable. When I searched online tje price was almost $3000. So I went ahead and confirmed the cruise. I saw the deducted my points so I figured everything was great. Then when I received my CC statement I saw a charge from Bluegreen for $4000. I had no idea what this was for so I first called the travel department. They said the charge was for a cruise that I had reserved. After explaining that I used my 30,000 points plus $50.00 on my CC the lady on the line literally laughed at me. So I asked to speak with a Supervisor. After getting transfered to his Voicemail he never called me back. I been trying to reach the Supervisor, Manager, and Director to call me back and setle this matter. Since I've never heard back from anyone I have hired a lawyer to handled this matter. I will keep everyone posted.
