We went on a presentation with Vacation Network, we did not purchase their program as it sounds to good to be true. We sent in the travel voucher they gave us and heard nothing so we... After several phone calls finally got to talk to someone regarding the voucher and was told we never recieved it. We sent it in well before the 30 days and was not sent back to us... She said well there is nothing we can do and hung up. This made us very suspicious so we looked up this company on the BBB and could not believe the number of complaints against this company, their rating is 'F" on the BBB, this explaines it all. This company should not be in business, after reading many complaints on the internet from their unhappy members the public should investigate this company before attending their presentation, and save yourself the time and not go. The travel voucher they give you, well i can tell you it did'nt work for us and from what we read on the internet, it has not worked for many. If it's to good to be true it is!!!
