Deceptive company of rip off con artists Florida

Not too long ago, I received a fax from the company Vacation Showrooms which featured a "great" vacation deal. I called to inquire about the specific details of the trip... Orlando, Ft Lauderdale, Vegas... Plans started forming. I asked for some information to verify the comany name, and received a link to their website.

Well, needless to say, literally two hours after booking, I decided to cancel the reservations as personal situation prevented the travel. As soon as I called back, I was given to one person after another... Told to call a different line, passed around again.

I called my bank to stop payment by the third day of this only to find I had already been charged. I continued to call every single day for one week. Then I called only 3 or four times a week for the next month. I could NOT get ahold of someone to cancel and refund the charged amount. I feel sick to my stomach that this "company" is not yet out of business. It's still able to take advantage of people while sitting back and cashing in stolen checks. Their Customer Service Number is a joke but here it is anyway (386) 326-9806.

The original 3 different numbers I was given have already been disconnected so that they can't be traced. I would love to file a lawsuit action against this group simply for having the gall to rip off so many people.
