Dirty rental, deposit not returned

Deceptive advertising at it's best. Don't even bother considering this condo rental. Unit had grimy, greasy kitchen, rusty pots/pans. Filthy carpeting in bedroom. Old sheets - had to buy my own set of sheets. Deposit has NOT been returned to date and it has been over a month.
