Pay Pal thinks Online Fraud is OK, I got screwed and they dont care

I called Delta Airlines to inquire about 3 Plane tickets leaving from Newark Liberty International Airport on December 26th this flight was to arrive in Minneapolis Int. Airport same day.

When I tried to purchase the tickets delta said my card had been declined, this happened 3 times. After the 3rd attempt they advised me to call me credit card company (Pay Pal) and figure out why the card is beeing declined. They stated that, after I recieve approval from my card company I can then call back within 24 hours and recieve the same price for these tickets.

I told Delta Airlines at that point I am terminating the transaction and would not like to purchase the tickets.

I found out a few weeks later in an email that Delta misteriously was able to run the card later that night around 2am, and the card was approved. Yet I never told them to run the card infact I stated the transaction was terminated in phone conversation.

I called Delta Airlines and they refused to work with me in any way besides a credit voucher good for there airline. If that wasnt going to work they requested I take up a dispute with my card company (Pay Pal)

I called Pay Pal and started the dispute for a charge back.

When Pay pal sent me a confirmation email it was a mass produced email from someone by the name of Sarah, this mass produced email was automatically directed into a spam folder of mine which I wasnt able to view. So the time frame indicated in email was not replied by in time.

I recieved another email on the 10th of Feb. Stating that my case had been closed due to inactive reply.

I called Pay Pal immediatley and spoke with Brian, who resent the email the same day and verbally stated that if I reply to his email within 24hours that the Charge back would start back up and the Provisional credit which had been deducted from my Pay pal balance would be reinstated for review.

I never recieved the provisional credit again and was out 927.00 for 3 plane tickets that Pay pal specifically stated not to take flight for as this would directly end my dispute.

After 3 weeks of 1-2 hour phone conversations pay pal came up with 5 different excuses as to why they wont reopen the dispute even though they understand Delta wasnt given permision to run my card.

Pay pal has a large marketing team that makes the Buyer and Seller feel so safe by advertising Protection when using there card yet I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. I have now a family who has never seen there famliy in Minnesota, Im out almost 1000 dollars and pay pal said that at this point if I try and contact them through email pr telephone that it will not help the situation in any way.

I need help and Pay Pal needs to be stoppped as the crooks are taking advantage of this situation and its escalating more and more every day as I see more and more complaints online.

Please someone help me take down this internet giant.
