Vacation Services Of America-Vacation Travel Club
We had $8495 stolen from us by this company. We were told lies. Tried to cancel when we got home from Branson but was given the run around by everyone we contacted-did not know we had only 3 days to cancel. Branson Missouri

We were offered money ($50 I think) to attend a meeting telling about a Vacation Travel Club by a company call Vacation Services of America while vacationing in Branson Mo.in April.

During the meeting we were told lies about how we could travel to almost anyplace in the world at bargain prices. They showed us prices for trips that they "said were on their web-site" -terrific prices. They told us we could get the lowest airfare the best price on condos, great prices on cruises-not true, I can get better prices off the internet by using Expedia, Travelocity or simply going to an airline website myself.

We were rush through the paperwork and told to sign here sign there ect. Ect.

When we got home from vacation we decided to cancel the membership we called the sales person Shanna and told her that we had some qualms about the membership she insisted we had to call her manager the next day - day four it was now too late to cancel. There was a three day cancelation clause. We did not get password for website to access Travel Service SIte until a week after we got home really knew then that we had been taken for $8495 as prices were not as presented to us at the 'We gotta sucker here meeting"

We started writing letters Mr. Ender (president VTC to Vacation Services of America responses were we will not give U back your money—we lost $8495 now vacations are a dream not a reality.

I Wish we had the money to hire a lawyer we really feel cheated. We have never used the Vacation Travel Services and are not paying the yearly due fee of $149.95 as we will never use the overpriced service.
