Did not refund me my complete fare as promised when my flight was cancelled

I have had a terrible experience with Aries Tour and Travel located at 8828 stemmons frwy ste 139, Dallas, TX 75247 and its proprietor Mr. Venkatesh. They have not issued a full refund as promised for a cancelled flight. When my flight to India was cancelled by BA, I was and am entitled to a full refund. This was again reiterated by Mr Venkatesh the proprietor of Aries when I contacted him about the delay in the arrival of my check. When it finally arrived (after a few reminders) it came in $100 short. When I called back and brought this to the attention of Venkatesh, his excuse was that he was signing off a bunch of refund checks and did not notice the discrepancy. It makes you wonder why discrepancies are never on the positive side. I would like to bring to notice this unethical and unprofessional business organization and would like to register a complaint.
