This person owes us money due to failure to pay his monthly support fees.

He began as an independent agent with us doing business as Adventure Travel Of Citrus in Beverly Hills Florida. He joined the agency April 28.

He was invoiced for the $10 monthly fee agents pay starting on August 25th after the 2 month training period. He had May and June to train. July he was to book $3000 or more in travel or would owe the $10 fee.

He paid the July fee on August 26th.

He then paid the August fee on October 1st.

Then he did not pay again. He was billed for September - did not pay. He was billed for October - did not pay.

He was terminated due to failure to pay.

He owes the agency $30 due to not paying the fee which was 10.00 x 2 and then late fees.

He has been sent to collections.

Since then he has began posting untrue statements on our agency. He may be operating still but it is not covered under our licensing. Due to being an agency in Florida, he should be registered in the state of Florida. We are unaware if he is registered or not.

Please note he is not covered under our licensing or insurance if he is still in operation.
