Eware of this agency: adventure concierge travel services - carol ann - in dolan springs (az). We booked a trip to the grand canyon west/skywalk through this agency. The whole thing is a total rip off. Unfriendly people at the ranch and the lodge in peach springs. Totally overpriced. The travel agency promises a lot and the outcome is a disaster. Without going into details it ended up with credit card fraud. Do not use this agency for your travel plans in that area. You will have trouble.
