Ended our reservation without accomodating us at a resort after our complete cost was created on our charge card. The organization mentioned that there isnot any space offered at this hotel, wich is just a rest cause we spoke towards the hotel straight and we do actually possess a verification range in the hotel. After speaking with a sales person. From gtahotels.com they advised us that there is a mistake within the costs online whenever we reserved and they don't wish to provide us the accommodation for that costs we settled or do they would like to guide people a resort.
