I have never had to write a complaint, but I am not happy with the financing at Worldwide Travel Services in Valencia. We received a postcard to come in to a presentation where we learned about this great club program that was really impressive. We joined their club and have used the service a few times. Everything was great until I looked at my bill and realized I was paying a 15 percent interest rate! They allowed me to transfer my balance without penalty, but I had already paid interest for 2 years! We should have used our own financing, and put it on a credit card with a lower interest rate right from the beginning. Great service, but expensive financing!!
