Late payment and calling me names

I have the same stories with Rxmedco as all of you guys had and i know others that did not get their paychecks.
I worked for them about 3 months but they insulted me and did not pay the extra minutes that i waited for the patient (more than 1 hour)/I had to call them everyday and ask for my check and after arguments and never getting any phone calls from them i went to file a complaint and since they dont have a physical address and i was an independent contractor, my compliants were useless.

I called florida and they said CA is responsible for checks and the owner of the company is barbara and susan is her accountant or something should listen to you. Susan called me a maniac and said i had to stop calling them but i really needed my money. She said an insurance company had fined them for the amount of 500$ and i was responsible for that thats why they were gonna deduct it from my check. Which turned out to be a lir and a complete false story.

I kept on calling them and finally i got my ckeck. I quit on 12 of june and got my money about late Sep.

Dont work with these people and be aware.
They have not paid a poor guy from goergia either. He is cab driver and was so sad that they stopped the payment.

I wish we could get our money the extra one that we waited for the patients more than an hour from them.
They even lied to the patient that had asked for me saying i was on vacation.

Stay away from them.
