Regarding reservation on web site

Dear sirs, i booked the flight from air india website to fly from jfk to delhi on dec 23 but due to some emergency i try to change my fly date and reday to pay penalty to cnage my date. Nad i try to call theire toll free numbers and thire toll free num, bers are bussy and unavailabel for last 10 hours and then i try to send them email and after ten hours they reply that theire is no seat avilabel. And then i want to cancell my flight with them and want to buy new flight ticket with other airlines but i can not contact air india because theire toll free numbers they provie me and also indicated on thire web site can not reach after 30 hours i try to reach them they are engaged tone on them
