Do not book with tripres.com.
This company messed up my reservation for a week, was very rude, and when they did re-book, which was wrong, they couldn't even tell me what they booked! I asked them not to re-book it in the first place!
I travel a lot and have never had such bad service!
Do not use this online company! They are terrible!
