I have been unable to contact this company about my travel plans. I paid approx $200 for a voucher toward travel that I cannot use. My voucher # is located on a letter that was sent to me for a travel claim for two people. I am asking to my money back and discomfort and stress due to change in my travel plans due to this set back.
