Unacceptable housekeeping in the rooms and in common areas

I was leaving the hotel after i checked in and noticed massive amounts of garbage in the 1st floor vending area on the floor and outside the side door, which remained in these areas for 3 days. There is also trash being kept in a room where the continental breakfast products are kept. My door and several other doors are hanging off the hinges. When it was time to go to bed there was blood stains on the sheets that looked like they where fresh blood stains. The continental breakfast area has food under the counter on the floor that has beed there for 2 weeks. I believe that this establishment is in major violation of state and city codes. Also the housekeepin and maintenance staff constantly uses bad language around the guest and there are losts of dogs huge ones at least 6 staying at the hotel without leashes which I think is very unappropriate when you have guest in the lobby and their dogs are jumping on you. I don't know if the owner of this property is aware of the going ons in their hotel but they should be notified.
