Charged account did not ship product

They charged my consideration to get a minute container of Acai Berries complement but never delivered it. I tried calling there customer support division once they didn't react to my email. On 11/17/08 the delay period was 78 units /-. On 11/18/08 the traces was hectic till 13:00 CST after which the delay was 75 units /-. On 11/19/08 the delay period is 38 units /- I've now been on-hold for 60-minutes and checking.
