VIP Travel Reservations
No certificates, dead end telephone numbers, and out $100

My spouse mailed off the Fly USA application and a $100 certified bank check to VIP Travel Reservations on September 8th by USPS Certified mail. For the price of the certified mail, I have determined that the envelope was delivered to Port Orange, FL on September 15th. She should have received the Fly USA certificate back to fill out and return with dates. To this date it has not happened.
In following up the paperwork on my wife's estate (died 10/31), I found the copy of the Activation form.in attempting to call the number on the form [386-252-2332], and selecting the option 3 [Fly USA], there is a computer that goes into an endless loop WITHOUT any means to get to a real live travel agent. And of course the second time around, your long distance charges are doubled without a satisfactory answer.
Since I do not have the certificate that they promised, to be able to send back, and I no longer can fly with my spouse (airlines do not like to carry boxes in a seat as the passenger)... Guess that I am out the $100 deposit, and also have a useless $75 car rental and gas certificate previously sent that would have been used IF THE AIRLINE CERTIFICATE HAD BEEN SENT.
