This company is not to be trusted. They advertise free travel insurance or free gratuities. We selected the travel insurance. We received our policy from the insurance company, but 5 days before departure, we received a cancellation notice citing non payment from Cruise Value. You can't get through to this company. All you get is recordings putting you on hold. Stay away from this company!!!
