Rip-off

I too was offered a Mini Vacation, I sent my deposit in immediately, it took 5 months to let me know that my dates were not available. They gave me the option of selecting another time, upgrading or refund. Since the trip offer expires one year from your initial deposit date and it took 5 months to respond the first time I decided to request a refund instead of risking foreiture because my time expired.

Today is February 6th I have yet to recieve my refund... I found their web site with a phone number (yeah... None of their printed material has a phone number-should have been my first clue that this would be a nightmare)

I spoke with Cindy, guess what my account was just put on her desk today for a refund... What a coincidence and it will go in the mail next Wednesday or Thursday (I will believe it when I receive it). My guess is had I not called I would not have ever had the possibility of receiving my refund, the first person I spoke to looked up my account and told me that my refund request was received in October and Cindy confirmed this, but no one could tell me why it has taken four months to process.
