After carefully reviewing my recent transaction with cheaptickets.com and all printed documents surrounding the transaction, I realize that at no point does your company disclose any charge relating to your service, or affiliate Reservation Rewards. Neither does it advised that there will be a reoccurring monthly charge. The "membership" is camouflaged as a $20 "Thank You" towards your next purchase. My card number was never given, and was never requested to sign up for the Reservation Rewards service. My bank information, including my personal information was obtained by Reservation Rewards as provided by cheaptickets.com

I will inform you that I am pursuing a criminal charge against your companies for financial transaction fraud. I have also read the fine print in the Privacy Policy of cheaptickets.com and will maintain the current version. You have violated your policy. I will pursue this as well in civil court.

Cease and desist any and all charges now and in the future to my account for such outside services. It is clear that my purchase was strictly for an airline ticket and nothing further, as noted in my receipt from cheaptickets.com

You do not have my permission to distribute my personal information now or ever to any other entity, nor have you ever been given or implied such permission.
