Ripped off on cancellation

I signed up for a sampler package, which apparently comes with 7 day cancellation. I called within 7 days to cancel (first of all its almost impossible to reach these guys, you get shunted from one dept to another umpteen nnumber of times) and i was told my membership was cancelled and all i had to was to fax, which i did. Desipte all that now they refuse to credit me my money.

I am so glad that i didnt sign up for the membership..$130 is not too bad a fee to learn this
