Carnival the thief

This is about our second cruise and first carnival cruise experience in carnival Triumph. When we got to the port the curbside porter literally threatened us that if we do not tip him, our luggage would not get to our room; that was an alarming start. The ship was very old and aging. The cabin carpets were soiled so bad that they turned grey and the cabin smelled funky. The dinning room food was not bad but everywhere else the food was kind of disgusting and served not so sanitarily. The most important of all was the fact that carnival cancelled TWO of four ports of call in our cruise due to safety reasons. They only compensate us $20 for that. Is that the real cost of embarkation in each port? That was unbelievable. They had shows too but we missed half of them because they were being performed in back of the ship in a very small lounge with capacity of 150 person maximum. When I was telling one of the staff about the problem, he just walked away from me. Is that what carnival famous for? Yes they call themselves fun ship cruise but what they really mean is making fun their customer. Once you agree to their term and condition of the contract, you absolutely have no control over what they dictate you. I was feeling completely helpless. Just read the contract closely and you see for yourself. For example, if they loose your luggage they are only liable for $50 and so on. I was very disappointed so as many other people I spoke to on the ship. They ruined my vacation. Like many of them, I would never cruise with them. SHAME ON YOU Carnival, you are truly a THIEF which do not care about the customers.
