Outrageous False Billings

Our firm received a call asking about who handled our phone service. About a month later we received a false phone bill as a collect call authorized by he same person without a last name. They attempted to bill 134.14 for a 19 min phone call from Mexico. As we are a small place we knew this to not be true especially the person named.

We immediatley disputed the invoice and the never called back even stating they would. We also responded with letters to their billings after 3 attempts. They send threatening letters saying " If you fail to pay within 10 days Our legal department may place a lein on your assets, garnish your wages, or report your delinquency to the credit bureau, which may affect your abililty to obtain credit or financing for up to 7 years".
Yea, lets see you try when you theives forgot to get a last name!

We are forwarding this information to the public service commission for our state.
I don't know how these crooks got themselves positioned in place to get collect calls but this company is nothing but a rip off designed to provide unadvertised services at completely ridiculous fees and then try to threaten to bash you legally. If you start to make a collect call make sure you find out who the billing company will be and if they say legacy, stay away!!!
