After six months and atleast 20 phoone calls my payment from verizon continues to be chaos. Was promissed a $200.00 gift-card, but was informed I'll not have it since... Understand this... VERIZON ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT THE DOORTODOOR SELLERS TEAM EXPLAINED!!! Just how can that be authorized?
