Fraud charges to credit card, Wrong dated tickets to africa

Reserved 45 tickets to Africa for the Mission trip paid by check.
Later, found that 13 ticket fares were charged to my credit account. Also, way back home 33 out of 45 tickets were wrong dated, edned up to pay penalties.
Contacted sales person named Michelle, she said no problem to refund all extra charges total of over $24,000.
It's been over 2 months past and now lost contact.
