Just another person caught by the hype

Well I guess I'm just another person caught in the hype. I've never WON a vacation before, or really anything else for that matter and was so overjoyed by the call that I didn't take a minute to even think about what I was doing! Yes, I too, filled out a ballot at a 'rib fest' and was more than happy when I received the call. Wrote down all they said, and easily gave up my creditcard.

What really got me was when my girlfriend called me the next day to tell me she got called by them and that she had "WON" a trip based solely on her information. Exactly the same thing they said to me. "I won a trip based solely on my information." What get's funnier, is when my best friend that went to the rib-fest called me and told me they had won a vacation from Imperial for filling out the ballot @ rib-fest. He unfortunately gave up his info as well. He caught on quickly though when his live-in girlfriend was called on the same phone number by Imperial no more than 10 minutes after he got off the phone.

My problem is not really I feel so much that it is a scam, as "I DIDN'T REALLY WIN ANYTHING"!! Within a 48hr period, myself, my girlfriend, my best-friend, and his girlfriend all "WON" the same trip!!!

Sneaky Devils!

I hope the Florida 30-day law that I see other people writing about is valid! I'm writing my registered letter of cancellation as soon as I finish this report.

Please Imperial! Please, as much as you are making money and truly sending people on trips! Have the common sence to not tell 4 people that all know each other that they ALL WON the same trip! Or geez, at least don't call two inividuals in the same house!
