Pala Mesa Hotel
Service is terrible and they dont like to refund its a holding actions

Booked a hotel to visit the wild animal park thought that my girlfriend and I could go out and have a good time. Except that the room we were given had a broken AC and the room was easily 80 degrees. The maintenance guy was nice and explained that the AC was broken and that we could move into a new room. Once we were switched out to a new room the AC was working and all was great. Except now the TV and Internet was down. The same maintenance man tried to fix it and now the TV wouldn't even turn on. Just dont stay at pala mesa it sucks. And dont book with hotels.com the customer service is terrible and they dont like to refund its a holding actions.
