Screwed up reservation

I called initially to add an extra day to my reservation. The csr cancelled the intial date and put in a new one. I called the hotel to verify and it was screwed up. I got the same csr when i called to cancel the entire thing since they did not have any rooms. She didn't know how to explain the policy. It was also very hard to understand her sounded like she was in a different country.
