Ripoff dishonest information stole my money Buffalo

Endpoint travel called me to book a vacation for me and however many of my friends. We were to go to Orlando and Bahamas and Las Vegas within the next three years for a deposit of $349.00 to secure the trips.

I booked the trips with Ellen and her manager Glenn @1-800-656-6030, did a check by phone for the amount and was told I would receive the information via UPS. I was told the package would have to be signed for and I would have 30 days from that date for a money back guarantee.

I have not received the information, the check cleared 11/20 and the numbers I had once contacted are no longer valid. 1-800-656-6030 will not connect me and 1-800-839-3261 will not put me into voicemail or pick up. I sent a message via their website and did not get a response.

Ellen told me they were out of Buffalo, NY and had been in business for 10 years. This is bad business!
