Scam! William Kappes Scam! Bill Called Me from Multiple companies promising me the world! South Daytona

I own a timeshare that i wanted to sell was originally conracted by William Kappes at Copeland Marketing Co. He charged me $700 dollars to sell. Nothing happened! Never called me back nor spoke to me after i paid Mr. Kappes.

About 6-8 months later i get a call from Mr. Kappes claiming Copeland Marketing was a scam and he didnt feel comfortable working for them and he is so sorry for the inconvenience, Blah, Blah, Blah. H e was now working for Timeshare Savings Network and this company was awsome! He told me now he could gurantee to sell my timeshare. Charged me 450$. Never heard back once again! 6-8 months later he called from another company!

At this point i hung up! Told him to never call me again! I just want consumers to know to stay far far from this man he is a good B S er! I think he calls claiming he is with a new company and thats his scam! So watch out get the facts and steer clear of Mr. Kappes and his affiliates!
