Kappes Miller AKA, Kappes Miller Management, LLC. Is very remiss in their management of their employees, they never check on their managers or the properties they claim to manage with such expertise, they put all the blame on the association and board members, with no accountability, or responsibility for their employee,

It is my opinion that Kappes Miller manipulates the billing with a 15% comission on all their carefully CONNECTED vendors to the exclusion of other vendors.

This company continues to deny responsibility for any of the conditions of this property, POS, and is devaluating the equity of this community, by not taking due care of this property.

Maybe you should inspect this building. Why do you ignore fire hazards in the building? I.E., 3rd floor fire door?
