Failed to send notice

I was contacted via telephone by an automated voice requesting a "few minutes of my time" to conduct a short survey. After the interview the recording changed to the sound of a ship horn blaring and another voice announcing that I've won a "Free Cruise". I was instructed to contact the home office by phone or internet, this happened on June 04. I used the internet to confirm my "winnings" and was given a code and voucher. As stated on the print out someone would be contacting me in 72 hours.

Today is June 12, no contact yet. I'm a regular survey participate and never have I "won" such an award without mail confimation or telegram. I"m waiting for that also. As soon as this company contacts me, I'm turning them into my Attorney General's office. Since the other reported incident occurs in the neighboring state this company maybe targeting retired seniors... Senior Protective Services will be called also.
